We’re developing /ssue Gives to support arts education and creative opportunities through every membership and purchase.

Our proposed commitment is to donate 5% of merchandise, book, magazine, and other sales made directly through /ssue, plus every paid membership payment and renewal. The calculation excludes tax, shipping, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks. Payment-processing and production costs will not reduce the donation base.

We’ll announce the recipient organization and launch date before this commitment takes effect, then publish quarterly donation totals and confirmation of payments.

Our giving updates will name the recipient, reporting period, qualifying sales, donation amount, and payment date. We’ll distinguish amounts set aside from donations actually paid, and share receipts with private information removed.
